U18 participants
All U18 participants must have a supervision approval form completed and submitted to enable them to play this event. The Google Form will be linked [TBC]. This form must be submitted to the TD at least 24 hours prior to the event start time to enable groups to be established with parents or approved adults providing supervision.
Refunds
All refunds offered as vouchers. 100% refund more than 7 days prior, 50% refund more than 3 days prior, and no refund given within 72 hours of the event starting.
