MDGC and Merri-bek City Council are trialling a new course at Lorne Street Reserve, alongside the Merri Creek in Fawkner. The course starts near the Lorne Street entrance.
Trial course — feedback wanted
This temporary course was set up on 20 July 2026 for a six-month trial. Merri-Bek City Council would love to hear what you think during that time — your feedback will help decide whether the course becomes a permanent fixture.

- provide feedback to the council on the Lorne Street Reserve Disc Golf Trial page.
Sharing the park
Lorne Street Reserve is a shared, off-lead dog area. Please respect all park users and give them right of way. Never throw if people or animals are within range.
Getting there
By car
- Park along Lorne Street next to St. Basil’s.
- Additional parking is available at Charles Mutton Reserve on Creedon Street.
By public transport
